Gloog Ares
Description
A floating and sinking one. Due to its natural colours, it is great for fishing for such predators, as asp, pike and zander in canals, rivers and lakes. Ares is a wobbler whose appearance, size and action accurately copies perch. This predator is common in our waters and it frequently falls prey of pike, European catfish as well as its bigger conspecifics.
Its stocky, almost non-streamlined body and the hardly developed caudal fin do not make perch belong to the circle of “underwater sprinters”. Its exceptionally coloured body with dark stripes and blood-red fins is well visible against the background of the underwater world. All this makes perch easy and attractive prey for numerous predators.
