Target minnow is an extremely fine artificial bait and can be used with fine lines when the water is extremely clean or shallow. Perfectly balanced, equipped with two Daiichi skates and holographic eyes in combination with the rattling chamber that transmits sound waves through the water it causes the fish to lose all their attention and attack the artificial.
