Description
Towadi is a minnow-like top water plug, equipped with a tungsten weight. Not to mention casting distance, its unique body line makes crisp walking the dog action & table turn action (a kind of walking the dog action not walking by staying), creating backwash which appeals to fish. Additionally, if you let the lure dive by strong jerk, it makes irregular action.
Towadi turn on the surface of the water and a flutter while diving under the surface. In other words, it invites you to fish on the surface and also in the water. Towady is a topwater plug with these two functions for trout.
Features:
The minnow-like shape of the Towady makes the lure stand up at 60° to 70° and has an extended belly for a snappy dog walk and table turn, which in turn creates an attractive pull for trout. When the lure jerks sharply, it dives, and the cup of the head and slightly flat body shape induce irregular actions such as fluttering! The center of gravity balance with tungsten weight in the rear of the body makes it possible to gain distance.
How to use:
The key is to lower your rod tip and move it near the surface in small increments and take a slightly longer pause. Jerk your tip to a large extent and let the lure dive.
After the dive, give it a twitch to create an irregular action. This is a little bit difficult to do, but this technique is effective when the fish are not very active. The best time to do this is in the early spring, and even in the winter, the best time to do this is in the evening on a nice day (as the water temperature rises).
